ABSTRACT
The impact of advances modrenisasi result in increased crime rates. Crime and criminality evolve with the progress of time, crime and criminality. This happens because of intense competition in urban areas even unhealthy thus be said that the development of the city is always accompanied by the development of the quality and quantity of criminality. As a result of subsequent developments that cause social unrest and the city government. (1) How is social pressure received by former juvenile prisoners of society?(2) how the behavior of adolescent ex-convict adaptation in the community? Subjects in this study is an ex-con special coaching institute II Tanjung Puti distric of Lima Puluh Kota much as 6 informants with 12 supporters and informants using purposive sampling techniques, to collect data in this study used in-depth interviews, observation and documentation,the study was conducted in young ex-convict whose case occurred in Payakumbuh, Based on the above results it can be concluded that (1)There are 3 social pressure received by ex-prisoners after coming out of special training institutions, namely the social pressure of family, community residence and economic activity (2) Pressure from the community residence, which makes the former narapidan got ugly view of the living environment of his which eventually led the informant to behave diverge after leaving the coaching institutions (3) act on their ways and rules to achieve the goals specified in the community (Conformity ), behave in the wrong way by the public, but to achieve the goals accepted society (Innovation) and behavior using tools that are prohibited and are not within their with the specified community and result in behavior that is out of values and norms in society in the form of rebel attitude (Rebellion ).
