Pemenuhan Hak Pekerja Perempuan Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan Di Hotel Grandzuri Duri Riau
Protection of workers, especially women, means the obligation to fulfill the rights of women workers so that protection of women workers must be carried out in accordance with their rights as workers in accordance with existing laws. The type of research used in writing this law is empirical sociological legal research, namely the method or method used in legal research conducted by examining existing library materials by looking at events or facts that occur in the social environment. The nature of this research is descriptive. This study uses primary data, namely data that the author gets / gets through respondents (field) that are in accordance with the problem and secondary data, namely data that has been prepared. The results of this study are the fulfillment of the rights to female workers at the Grandzuri Duri Hotel, which has been carried out by the management of Grandzuri Duri Hotel, but has not been maximal and in accordance with the provisions contained in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment rights to menstruation leave for female workers , the right to get breastfeeding or lactation space, and the right to provide shuttle transportation for female workers who work at night from 23:00 WIB to 05:00 WIB. Efforts that can be made to fulfill the rights for female workers at the Grandzuri Duri Hotel are to negotiate in advance with the management of the Hotel Grandzuri and reaffirm the rights and obligations of workers and companies. Then female workers can also arbitrate both parties at the Grandzuri Duri Hotel.
