Analisis Kinerja Pemasok Alat Kesehatan Melalui Kualitas Kemitraan Berdasarkan Kesesuaian Spesifikasi Di Pekanbaru

This research aims to find out the influence of quality of partnership to supplier performance through conformity of spsecifications as intervening variable of medical device suppliers in Pekanbaru.
The population in this study are suppliers of medical device were operating in Pekanbaru. Sampling technique using quota sampling by setting the numbers of sample ≥ 100 so found sample of this research are 105 respondent, data tested by using instrumentality test of validity test, test of reliability and test of classical assumption. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and path analysis using SPSS 23 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that quality of partnership has a positive and significant effect on conformity of specification and supplier performance directly, and conformity of specifications has a positive and significant effect on direct supplier performance as well. Quality of partnership has a positive and significant impact on supplier performance indirectly through conformity of specifications. Result of calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) of structure I equal to 0,537 Mean is that the influence of quality of partnership to conformity of specifications is equal to 53,7%. While the remaining 46,3% is influenced by other variables not included in this model. Results calculation coefficient of determination (R2) structure II amounted to 0.642. This means that the influence of quality of partnership and conformity of specifications on supplier performance is 64.2%. While the remaining 35.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this model. Keywords: supplier performance, conformity of specifications, quality of partnership
