Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Stres Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Perawat Rsud Teluk Kuantan

This study aims to determine of non physical work environment, job stress and work discipline to job satisfaction of nurses at Teluk Kuantan Regional General Hospital (Teluk Kuantan Hospital). The population in the study includes all nurses at Teluk Kuantan Hospital, totaling 98 people. Primary data was collected by questionnaires as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is using multiple linear analysis with SPSS (Statistical Program For Sosial Sciences) Versi 23 for windows. The sampling technique is a method that been selected census 98 nurses at Teluk Kuantan Hospital). The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of non physical work environment on nurses job satisfaction at Teluk Kuantan Hospital, 2) there is a negative and significant effect of work stress on nurses job satisfaction at Teluk Kuantan Hospital, 3) there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction nurses at Teluk Kuantan Hospital, 4) there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction nurses at Teluk Kuantan Hospital.
