ABSTRACT
Sansevieria spp is a one of the most plant has been cultivated as an ornamental plant. This plant can absorb more than 107 elements of dangerous pollutants, and cab be used as a traditional medicine, but Sansevieria often attacked by diseases caused by Colletotrichum Sansevieria. The use of synthetic fungicides not effective in overcoming this disease, it can endanger the environment and fungicides resistance pathogens. Biocontrol is a forming and safe way to control this disease by using endophytic Trichoderma. This study aims to isolate endophytic Trichoderma fungi from plant Sansevieria spp., using was carried out on roots and leaf. Trichoderma endophytic antagonist testing of C. Sansevieria was carried out in vitro using the dual culture method. The results showed that there were seven Trichoderma isolates. All isolated isolation were found in roots, while leaf were not found. Five Trichoderma isolates had a 100% inhibitory activity against C. Sansevieria, the other two Trichoderma isolates had a inhibitory of 92.52% and 93.10% respectively.
