Produktivitas Primer Berdasarkan Metode Oksigen Di Danau Tajwid Kecamatan Langgam Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau

Tajwid lake is one of the oxbow lakes located in Langgam Sub-District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. This lake is used by the local community as a place to catch fish and tourism objects. The research aimed to understand the primary productivity based on oxygen method in the Tajwid Lake. This research was conducted in March-April 2018. There were three sampling stations namely Station 1 (intlet), Station 2 (middle), and Station 3 (outlet). In each station, two sampling points, in the surface (50 cm) and 2 Secchi depth (113 cm). Samplings were done once/week for 3 weeks period. Water quality parameters measured were primary productivity, transparency, temperature, pH, DO, CO2 free, nitrate, phosphate concentration and phytoplankton,. Result shown that the primary productivity was 117-271 mgC/m³/Day, transparency 47-54.7 cm, pH 5, DO 4.96-5.66 mg/L, CO2 free 19.31-22.31 mg/L, nitrate 0.0611-0.0750 mg/L, phosphate 0.0273-0.0381 mg/L and phytoplankton 119.306-196.707 cells/L. Based on primary productivity concentrations in Lake Tajwid waters can be categorize mesotrophic conditions. Keyword : Oxbow Lake, Primary Productivity, Phytoplankton, Water Quality.
