Pengaruh Sistem Just In Time Dan Reliability Maintenance Terhadap Lean Manufacturing Performance (Pada Pt. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pks Sei Galuh)

research aims to find out the influence the influence just in time system and reliability maintenace to lean manufacturing performance at the pt.perkebunan nusantara v pks sei galuh location on sub district Tapung, district Kampar, province Riau. The population in this study were 135 POM (Palm Oil Mill) employees. sampling technique using the Slovin formula with a level of assumption of error (e) 5% which is drawn to 58 people. the data were tested using instrumental test validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 23 for windows program The results of this study indicate that just in time systems have a positive and significant effect on lean manufacturing performance directly, and maintenance reliability has a positive and significant effect on lean maneuvering performance directly as well. The calculation results of the coefficient of determination (R2) that the percentage effect of variable just in time and maintenance realibility on lean manufacturing performance is 70.8%. While the remaining 29.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this regression model.
