ABSTRACT


The goals of the research were to determine assess of visitors, expectations of visitors and effort management the facilities attraction tourist guruh gemurai waterfall Kuantan Singingi Regency Riau Province.The sample in this study is the tourists who visited attraction guruh gemurai waterfall in 2017, amounting to 18.100 people, who then uses a formula slovin to determine size sample. So it can be determined the number of samples in this study is 99 people. This study used a qualitative descriptive method in determining the outcome of the study.
From the results of researchis stated that the level of satisfaction of visitors to the attraction of tourist guruh gemurai waterfall at Kuantan Singingi Regency Riau Provincehave been considered quite good. High expectations from visitorsattraction facilities guruh gemurai waterfall repairing changing room, toilet, repairing stairs and added facilities water pool, and then effort management for solving problems guruh gemurai waterfall at Kuantan Singingi Regency Riau Province.
