This study aims to determine the effect of work shifts and work stress on the performance of security guards at PT. Ivomas Tunggal-Kandista Estate. The population in this study included all security guards at PT. Ivomas Tunggal-Kandista Estate, which numbered 69 people. Primary data is collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been chosen is the census method (69 security guards at PT. Ivomas Tunggal-Kandista Estate).
