This study aims to develop (SWS) based on constructivism and improve learning outcomes as well as student motivation after applying Constructivism Based Student Worksheet (SWS) on valid Subjects of Aldehydes and Ketones based on didactic, construct, technical, and characteristic aspects. This type of research is research development (research and development) with development process refers to 4-D development model and experiment with one group pretest-posttest design. The object of this research is teaching materials that is Student Work Sheet (SWS) based on constructivism. The data collection instrument is the validation sheet given to the three validators, and from the data analysis, the validity of the didactic, presentation construct, the language construct technical and characteristic aspects is 98%, 100%, 98%, 100 and 100% valid categories .SWS that have been validated by validators are tested on a large scale to 58 students and get response results with a percentage of 89% in positive category. Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that the constructivism based Worksheet (LKM) is valid and can be used on the material of aldehyde and organic chemical ketone II and can increase learning result 88,37, motivation equal to 86,83. So there is a significant increase after the application of the Student Worksheet
