The problem of reporting the value of report cards and the lack of information about SMA Negeri 1 Bangun Purba Rokan Hulu is one of the many subsystems that must be faced by the school. This resulted in activities associated with the academic system to be substandard, such as the length of the process of searching student value and teacher data to be processed takes more than one day either from the value of the task, daily examination, midterm exam, and final exam semester , And assessment process. The objectives to be achieved are to create an integrated web-based school information system and provide information about the school so that it can be used in SMA Negeri 1 Bangun Purba Rokan Hulu using PHP and MySQL that can be used to conduct student ratings and provide information about SMA Negeri 1 Bangun Purba Rokan Hulu. The result of this research is integrated web-based school information system with centralized data system can be used to perform the management of students, teachers, class, subjects, reports processing of students and website SMA Negeri 1 Bangun Purba Rokan Hulu.
