Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Sebagai Variabel Moderasipada Kantor Regional XII Badan Kepegawaian Negara
This study is aimed to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance with the use of information technology as the moderating variable on Twelfth Regional Offices of National Civil Service Agency.
The population in this study were civil servants amounted to 91 people. Census method is used to determined the number of samples which is use the entire population as the sample research. Data collection technique used questionnaires and interviews. The analysis tool used is Regression Moderation Analysis using SPSS program .
The results of this study indicate that : (1) Leadership has a positive effect on Employee Performance (2) Organizational Culture has a positive effect on Employee Performance. (3) The Use of Information Technology as moderation variable strengthens the influence of Leadership on Employee Performance (4) The Use of Information Technology as moderation variable strengthens the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance.
