This final project is about Information System entitled "Making Distribution Information System of Web Based Assistance On Animal Husbandry And Animal Health Service of Riau Province". Making this information system aims to assist the Animal Husbandry in providing assistance to farmer groups. Making this Information System using HTML and PHP programming language, and use MySQL as database. While the design using the, DFD (Data Flow Diagram), Diagram ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). This information system helps to know history of Employees, Farmer Group, Assistance given by Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service of Riau Province, and also more accurate in making report to be submitted head of service
