Uji Aktivitas Lignoselulolitik Aktinomisetes Yang Berasal Dari Arboretum Universitas Riau
Arboretum of Riau University is one of the secondary forests in Pekanbaru that has various types of plants, this can increase litter on the ground. The lignocellulose content found in litter is difficult to naturally degrade. Lignocellulolytic microbes such as fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes are known to degrade cellulose and lignin by producing extracellular cellulase and ligninase enzymes. This study aims to obtain lignocellulolytic actinomycetes isolates by selecting actinomycetes isolates in the cellulolytic and lignolytic selective medium whose ability is not yet known to integrate cellulose and lignin. The activity of cellulase and ligninase enzymes are known by the ratio between the clear zone and the diameter of the colony. The results of this study indicate that all actinomycetes isolates have cellulolytic and lignolytic activity. The highest cellulolytic activity ratio was produced by isolate C2.24 is (37.26). The highest lignolytic activity ratio was produced by isolates B1.02 is (24.24). Isolates actinomysetes from Arboretum University of Riau can be developed as a compost bioactivator agent in the future.
