Respon Masyarakat Terhadap Program Pembangunan Rumah Sederhana Layak Huni Dikecamatan Bengkalis Kabupaten Bengkalis

This research aims to find answers to the problems of the process of implementation of the Program of development of simple Homes Livable in Bengkalis Regency of Bengkalis and community response against the recipient in the program. Analysis of the response against the execution of the program, the condition of the House woke up and the benefits of the program. The research method used is descriptive quantitative data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The election of the respondent as an object of research set by simple random sampling, with the number of respondents research as many as 50 people and three people plus the informant.

The results of this study showed that the process of development programs penyelanggaran RSLH in Bengkalis has been implemented with good manual with reference to the implementation of the program as set forth in regulations of the Regent of Bengkalis Number: 52 the year 2015. Being the recipient of community response against the program RSLH shows that from 50 people respondents research; 88.0% of whom gave positive response against the execution of development programs RSLH and 76.0% gave positive response towards the condition of the home help waking up while 24.0% other (12 respondents) gave a negative response due to lack of the availability of the facilities of the House habitable as sewer wastewater household, adequacy of room for family members and the availability of clean water sources.
