Penentuan Perencanaan Stratejik Manajemen Hotel Dalam Menghadapi Persaingan(Studi Kasus Pada Hotel Irma Bunda, Inhu)
This study aims to analyze and describe the factorsinternal and external environment that can influence strategy determination Irma Bunda's hotel management business, as well as analyzing and strategizing which should be used by the hotel Irma Bunda in the face of competition. Tool The analysis used in this study is the EFE matrix (External Factor Evaluation), IFE matrix (Internal Factor Evaluation), IE matrix (Internal-External), SWOT matrix (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats),and the QSPM matrix (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Analysis results EFE matrix shows that the company's response to useopportunities and threats are included in the average category with the total scoreweight of 2,889. The results of the IFE matrix also show the internal condition of the Irma Bunda hotel is included in the average category with a total score weight of 2,825.
The position of the company according to the IE matrix analysis is in cell V, namely stability / bold and maintain. Based on weighting scoreseach of the strategic factors in the EFE and IFE matrix, makes the formationsixteen alternative strategies that can be run by the company according to the results SWOT matrix analysis. Of the six teen alternative strategies, there is one alternative main strategies that companies can choose to run first, namely Adding hotel management references to hotel systems and the development of the hospitality business by utilizing technological developments ”with a TAS score of 5.82.
