Analisis Beban Kerja Fisik Dan Mental Serta Stres Secara Ergonomi Pada Karyawan Pt. Riau Mas Bersaudara (Rmb)

This study aims to determine the level of physical, mental, and work stress workload experienced by employees at PT. Riau Mas Bersaudara (RMB). The population in this study includes all employees of PT. Riau Mas Bersaudara (RMB), which numbered 48 people.
Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. This research is descriptive research, where this research only looks for variable value without connecting it with other variables. The sampling technique in this study was a total sample or saturated sampling (48 employees at PT. Riau Mas Bersaudara).
The results of the descriptive analysis of physical workload indicate that the maintenance division and office division are at the level of moderate physical burden, while the operator division is at a level of heavy physical workload. Then the results of the descriptive analysis of mental workload and work stress showed that all divisions were at the level of moderate mental workload.
