Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Motivasi Dan Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Cabang Rengat
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and career development on performance. To analyze the influence of leadership on performance through motivation, the influence of career development on performance through motivation and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance
The study population was employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Branch Rengat as many as 147 permanent employees. The sample in this study were 107 employees. The sampling technique used is the simple random sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is the path analysis that is operated through the SPSS program.
The results of this study show that there is a significant influence between leadership and career development on performance. Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance through Motivation. Career Development has a significant effect on performance through Motivation. And motivation has a significant effect on performance.
