Analisis Pengaruh Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Website Dan Kualitas Produk, Dengan Kepercayaan Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Online Situs Bukalapak Pada Mahasiswa Pascasarjana Universitas Riau
This study aims to analyze the effect of price perceptions, website quality and product quality on purchasing decisions and the role of trust as a moderation of the effect of price perceptions, website quality and product quality on the Bukalapak site online purchasing decision for Riau University Postgraduate Students. The population of this study was active students of Riau University Postgraduate who had shopped at the Bukalapak site. The approach used is a survey method for 120 respondents who were determined by purposive sampling. the analytical equipment used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that price perceptions had no significant effect on purchasing decisions, while website quality and product quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, then trust plays a role as moderating influence of website quality on purchasing decisions, but on perceived price and product quality it cannot act as a moderating variable .
