This study aims to empirically analyze the effect of training and competency on teacher commitment and teacher performance. Empirically analyze the effect of training and competency on teacher performance through commitment. And the influence of commitment to teacher performance.
The study population was teachers of the SMPN all of Siak Hulu Subdistrict, totaling 203 PNS teachers. The sample in this study is the total population of 135 teachers. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling. The data analysis used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS.
The results of this study indicate that training and commitment influence teacher commitment. Training and Competence have a positive effect on teacher performance. This proves that the better the training and competency, the better the teacher's performance towards school Training has a significant effect on teacher performance through teacher commitment. Competence influences and significantly affects teacher performance through teacher commitment. Teacher commitment influences teacher performance.
