Pengaruh Iklim Komunikasi Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Perusahaan Jasa Event Organizer Cv. X3 Media Di Kota Pekanbaru
Company CV. X3 Media is a service company that handles events or events called Event Organizer. This company builds a work environment that is not time-bound and there is also flexible communication. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the influence of the organizational communication climate on employee performance at the event organizer service company CV X3 Media in Pekanbaru City. The theory used in this research is the input-process-output theory.
This study uses quantitative research methods, with techniques for collecting data by distributing questionnaires directly to employees with the number of 40 respondents with census samples — data analysis techniques using Chi-Square techniques.
The research results obtained that the organizational communication climate affects employee performance on the company CV X3 Media in Pekanbaru City. The Chi Value of Count (8.48) is greater than Chi Table (7.78) at 90% confidence, which means that the influence of the organizational communication climate on employees with that confidence is 36 people. While the error of 10% means the number of employees or as many as four respondents shows that the role of the organization's communication climate does not affect employee performance. This is due to several factors: 1) The character of employees whose performance cannot be improved; 2) The low motivation of the employee so that the role of the organization's communication climate does not affect; 3) Perhaps the income received is not balanced with employee sacrifice towards the company, and; 4) It can be caused by the type of employees who do not care about their performance, so that information and direction from superiors do not pay attention.
