This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and work environment on the productivity of factory parts employees at PT. Gandaerah Hendana Pelalawan Regency. The population in this study includes all factory part employees at PT. Gandaerah Hendana Pelalawan Regency numbered 83 people. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique that has been chosen is to use the saturated sample method or better known as the census (83 factory part employees at PT. Gandaerah Hendana Pelalawan Regency). The results showed that: 1) Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment simultaneously had a significant effect on the productivity of factory part employees at PT. Gandaerah Hendana Pelalawan Regency. 2) Motivation has a significant effect on the productivity of factory part employees at PT. Gandaerah Hendana Pelalawan Regency. 3) Work Discipline has a significant effect on the productivity of factory part employees at PT. Gandaerah Hendana Pelalawan Regency. 4) The work environment has a significant effect on the productivity of factory part employees at PT.
