Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Komitmen Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Dengan Pengawasan Sebagai Variabel Moderating Pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Kampar
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competencies and commitment to performance. To find out and analyze the supervision of moderating competencies in performance and supervision, it was able to moderate the commitment to performance. The target population in this study were 145 employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Kampar Regency. The sample in this study were 106 people. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques use questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of the SPSS version 22 program. The results show that the commitment competency variable has a significant effect on performance. Supervision strengthens the influence of Competence on Performance. And Supervision strengthens the influence of Commitment to performance. Orientation of work results in accordance with work plan/ in accordance with the program and activities, and the entire ASN interacts without discriminating rank and class making the work results of employees better. The better competency and commitment and followed Positive supervision will improve performance.
