Pengaruh Pengetahuan Perkoperasian, Kompetensi Manajerial, Dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaan Terhadap Kinerja Guru Dan Karyawan Satuan Pendidikan Di Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to examine the effect of Cooperative Knowledge, Managerial Competence, and Entrepreneurship Competence on the performance of cooperative teachers and education units employees in pekanbaru.
The population were all Cooperative Employees who are in active status in Pekanbaru,from 27 cooperatives with 82 people.The saturated sampling method is used to take the sample, so that all population become the sample.The Statistical Product and Services Solution (SPSS) is applied to analyze the collected data.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) Knowledge of cooperatives has a significant positive effect on the performance of cooperative teacher and employees of education units, (2) managerial competence has also a significant positive effect on the performance of cooperative teachers and education unit employees (3) entrepreneurial competence contributes significantly on cooperative performance teacher and education unit employees
