Pengaruh Integritas Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Auditor Dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Kantor BPKP Perwakilan Provinsi Riau

This study was conducted to determine the effect of integrity and leadership to the performance auditor with motivation as an intervening variable in the Riau Provincial BPKP Office.
Number of employees BPKP Province at June 30, 2019 as many as 126 peoples with a total of 98 auditors within the sampled all of the various position by distributing questionnaires. Test methods used are validity, reliability and create charts and determine the path of structural equation analysis and testing lines with SPSS version 25.
The result of the study found that the integrity of the influence on the auditor performance, leadership has an impact on the auditor performance and motivation also have an influence on auditor performance through motivation and integrity have no direct influence on the performance of auditors, as well as leadership through motivation has no direct influence on the performance of auditors.
