Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Pengawasan Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Bengkalis
The Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bengkalis Regency is one of the regional work units whose task is to arrange general work, and spatial planning. Therefore, to achieve maximum work results, the agency must have quality human resources so that the objectives of the agency can be achieved maximally. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and supervision on work discipline and employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bengkalis Regency.
This research was conducted at the Bengkalis District Public Works and Spatial Planning Officer, the number of samples used was 93 employees. data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SEMPls tools.
The results of the study show that: 1) The influence of leadership and supervision on work discipline 2) There is an influence of leadership and supervision on employee performance. 3) There is an Influence of Leadership and supervision on employee performance through work discipline. 4) There are effects of work discipline on employee performance.
Based on the results of the study, the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bengkalis Regency must be able to overcome the problems of work discipline and employee performance, especially those related to leadership, and the implementation of supervision.
