Gambaran Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Penurunan Nyeri Sendi Pada Penderita Artritis Gout

Abstract
Joint pain is an unpleasant sensation that disrupts the muscles and joints. One form of illness from the manifestation of joint pain is Arthritis Gout which is a joint inflammation as a manifestation of the increase of crystalline deposits of monosodium veins that accumulate in the presence of uric acid levels in the blood. This study aimed was to determine the factors causing Gout arthritis disease. The research design used was descriptive with retrospective approach. Sampling method used in this research is non probability sampling with puposive sampling approach, the number of samples of 52 respondents according to inclusion criteria. The result of univariate analysis showed that respondents complained about joint pain which interfered with their daily life activities (78.8%), there was influence of education in decreasing joint pain (17,3%), there was influence of pharmacology use in joint pain reduction (63,5%), and there was influence of non-pharmacological used in joint pain reduction (34,6%). Suggestion of joint pain sufferer Arthritis Gout is to apply proper management to overcome joint pain Arthritis Gout.
