Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Keadilan Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Ibu Dan Anak Eria Bunda Pekanbaru Melalui Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening
ABSTRACTION
This study aims to determine how the influence of organizational culture (X1) and organizational justice (X2) on performance (Y2), nurses through organizational commitment (Y1) as an intervening variable in the Eria Bunda Pekanbaru Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA) totaling 93 people .
Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. Testing the hypothesis in this study is to use path analysis (path analysis) with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that was chosen was the census method (93 nurses at the Mother and Child Hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru).
The results showed that 1) there was a positive and significant infulence of organizational culture on the performance of nurses at the Mother and Child Hospital Of Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, 2) there was a positive and significant effect on organizational justice on the performance of nurses at the Mother and Child Hospital at Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, 3) there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture in performance through organizational commitment to nurses at the Mother and Child Hospital Of Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, 4) there is a positive and significant effect on organizational justice towards performance through organizational commitment to nurses at the Mother and Child Hospital Of Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, 5) there is a positive and significant influence of organizational commitment to the performance of nurses at the Mother and Child Hospital Of Eria Bunda Pekanbaru.
