ABSTRACT

Emphasis cans manually is extremely inefficient. The purpose of planning and manufacturing the cans press machine is to get the press cans machine more efficiently and cans emphais obtain result better than the emphais is done manually. In the manufacture of components in the power transmition, press machine cans, there are several steps: (1) The planning of component elements include chains, sprockets, belts, pulleys, selection of electric motors, couplings, bearings and shafts. (2) To reduce rotational speed which occurs on the electric motor using a gear box with ratio 1: 10. Diameter pulleys are used in this machine is 75 mm and 100 mm. This press machine can press 26 cans in 36 seconds, compared with the manual method takes 58 seconds.
