Pengaruh Disiplin Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau
The General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Riau Province is one of the regional work units that is in charge of the management of personnel administration at the Office of the Governor of Riau. Therefore, to achieve maximum work results, the agency must have quality human resources so that the objectives of the agency can be achieved maximally. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the Effect of Discipline and Motivation on Performance Through Employee Job Satisfaction.
This research was conducted at the staff of the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Riau Province, the number of samples used was 118 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis using path analysis using SPSS 21 For windows.
The results of the study show that: 1) There is an influence of discipline and motivation on employee job satisfaction 2) There is an Influence of Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance. 3) There is the Effect of Discipline and Motivation on Performance Through Employee Job Satisfaction. 4) There is an influence of employee job satisfaction on employee performance.
Based on the results of the study, the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bengkalis Regency must be able to overcome the problems of work discipline, motivation, satisfaction and employee performance.
