Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Diklat, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pada Dinas Kepemudaan Dan Olahraga Provinsi Riau

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, education and training, work discipline on employee performance. And to find out the influence of leadership, education and training, work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction.
The population of this study were all employees working in the Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Provinsi Riau. The number for 127 people. In this study samples were taken using the Slovin method so that a sample of 97 respondents was obtained. But in the distribution of questionnaires, only 92 respondents returned the questionnaire. The results of the research and discussion are presented using WarpPLS analysis.
The results of the study revealed that the discipline had a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Provinsi Riau. Leadership, education and training, disciplines have a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction at the Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Provinsi Riau. Leadership, education and training have no significant effect on the Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Provinsi Riau.
