This research was conducted at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah dan PT. Ekadura Indonesia, located in Ujung Batu District, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the direct influence of work discipline on employee health and safety, to know and analyze the direct effect of work discipline on employee performance, to know and analyze the effect of work health and safety on employee performance, to know and analyze the effect work discipline on employee performance intervened by employee health and safety, and to know and analyze differences in work discipline, occupational health, and employee performance between PT. Ekadura Indonesia with PT. Sawit Asahan Indah. Where in this study the population was all employees of PT. Sawit Asahan Indah dan PT. Ekadura Indonesia totaling 236 people. In conducting this study the authors took a sample of a population of 148 and data processing using the method of path analysis and one way ANOVA test with the SPSS program.
Based on the results of research and discussion that have been carried out in the previous chapter, then in this section several conclusions can be drawn, namely work discipline directly influences the occupational health and safety of employees, work discipline directly influences employee performance, occupational health and safety directly influences employee performance , work discipline influences the performance of employees mediated by occupational health and safety of employees, and there is a difference between the average value of discipline, occupational health and safety performance of employees of PT. Sawit Asahan Indah with PT. Ekadura Indonesia.
