This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership, ability, and discipline of work directly or indirectly to performance on lancang kuning hospital’s pekanbaru.
The population in this study is all employees on hospital. Testing data analysis is regression. While the method of analysis used is regression using SPSS 21.
The results of the study found that leadership has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance, ability has no significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has an influence on employee performance and leadership, ability and work discipline influence employee performance.
