Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja Dan Pemberdayaan Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Riau
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment, Work Dicipline and Empowerment of Employees on the Performance of Employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau Branch. The populations in this study includes all employees at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau Branch, totaling 59 people.
Primary data is collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Sciences). The sampling technique is to use a census method (59 employees at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau Branch).
The results of this study indicate that : 1) there is a positive and significant organizational commitment, work dicipline and employee empowerment on the performance of the employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau Branch, 2) there is a positif and significant influence on organizational commitment to the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau Branch, 3) there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on the performance of the PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau Branch, 4) there is a positive and siginificant influence of employee empowerment on the performance of the employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau Branch.
