Social capital is a part of social life such as networks, norms and trust that encourages participation act together more effectively to achieve the goal - a common goal. in this study the authors intend to examine social capital punguan pabobi plus in Labuh Baru Pekanbaru city of Riau province. Social capital can be used for all interests and meet common goals, but without any physical resources and knowledge of the culture. It will be difficult for individuals to build social relationships. This study uses a type of qualitative research by conducting in-depth portrayal of the situation or process being studied. The researchers informant refers to the chairman of the board of penguin Pabobi Plus, advisors, secretary, treasurer, and the victims of the disaster.
