The research conducted in Rokan Hilir Regency aims to find out how the Modus Operandi Narcotics Crime and Strategic Investigation Unit in Rokan Hilir Regency. In this research, the Police conducted strategies to disclose drug crime cases in Rokan Hilir Regency. this was done to eradicate drug cases which are increasingly lively in Rokan Hilir Regency, which used to be drug users only in the middle class and up now occurs in the lower class of society. This is very disturbing to the community because of the rapid development of these drugs in Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The subject determination technique is to use a Purposive sampling where this research is used as a particular consideration. The informant's considerations in this study are dealers and detective parties who are considered to know the best about what researchers expect in getting information.
