Health problems are an important spotlight in social development in the community. If the community is not healthy, the process of carrying out daily activities will be hampered. Health is the key to survival. In this case the government is expected to continue to realize a pro-people health development for the realization of proactive human resources, productive workforce and capable of being useful human beings for the nation.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the causes and actions of the community on the 10 most diseases in the Puskesmas Taba Atas, Lebong Atas Subdistrict, Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. The informants in this study were 10 patients. Type of qualitative descriptive research by analyzing various data collected through interviews and observations in the field. The causes of the community affected by the 10 most diseases are factors from the environment, behavior, health services, and offspring. The community's actions towards the 10 most diseases were to go to a health center, take regular medication, prevent diseases such as changing lifestyle patterns, not smoking, eating regular food and balanced nutrition.
