Pengaruh Kinerja Layanan Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Dan Loyalitas Konsumen Pada Jasa Pengiriman Pt.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Di Tembilahan
This research is mind to know about “The influence of the performance service and trust to consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty at delivery service PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) at Tembilahan.” The population in this research are users of the service PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) at Tembilahan, data coletion have done with used the guistionnaire with the sample of research as much 160 peoples, used by purposiv sampling techrilc. The analysis in this research used peth analysis with helped of program spss 21.
The result of this show that:1) Performance service have positive influnce and significant to consumer satisfaction as big as 0,328. 2)The trust have positive influene and significant to consumer saticfaction as big as0,395. 3) Performance service have positive influence and significant to consumer loyalty as big as 0,295. 4) The trust have positive influence and significant to consumer loyalty as big as 0,224. 5) Consumer satisfaction have positive influence and significant to consumer loyalty as big as 0,273. 6) The performance service have positive influence and significant to consumer loyalty through of consumer satisfaction as big as 0,384. 7)The trust of consumer have positive influence and significant to consumer loyalty through of consumer satisfation as big as 0,331. To next research can be added a Brand Image variabel to consumer saticfaction and consumer loyalty, Price and Promotion to decision of used service.
