ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-financial compensation, motivation, job satisfaction on employee performance. This research takes place in the Personnel Development and Human Resources Development Agency of Kampar BKPSDM, with 55 respondents.
In this study consisted of four variables. These variables are Employee Performance (Y2), Non-financial compensation (X1), Motivation (X2), Job satisfaction (X3). Analysis method uses multiple linear regression method with the help of using SPSS version 23.
The results showed that: 1) Non-financial compensation has an effect on performance, 2) Motivation influences performance, 3) Job satisfaction affects performance, 4) Non-financial compensation, motivation and job satisfaction together influence on performance. In the human resource development and human resource development agency BKPSDM Kampar.
