Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Semangat Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Melalui Disiplin Kerja Pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Provinsi Riau

ABSTRAK
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment, work spirit of nurse performance through work discipline at Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Riau Province, with 116 respondents from the entire population of 163 nurse. Research samples taken by random sampling. In this study consisted of four variables. These variables are nurse performance (Y2), work discipline (Y1), work environment (X1), work spirit (X2). The method of data analysis uses quantitative descriptive method with Path Analysis analysis tool, with the help of using SPSS version 24.
The results showed that: 1) work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline at Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Riau Province, 2) work spirit has a positive and significant effect on work discipline at Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Riau Province, 3) work environment has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance at Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Riau Province, 4) work spirit has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance at Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Riau Province. 5) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance at Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Riau Province, 6) work environment has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance through work discipline at Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Riau Province, 7) work spirit has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance through work discipline at Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Riau Province.
