“Pengaruh Pelatihan, Kepuasan Kerja Dan Komitmen Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di Sma Negeri 1 Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi”

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of training, job satisfaction and commitment on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Mudik, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study included all high school teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Mudik, Kuantan Singingi Regency with a total of 51 teachers.
Primary data were collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program. The sampling technique chosen was the census method (51 teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Mudik, Kuantan Singingi Regency).
The results showed that: 1) there was a significant effect of training on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Mudik Kuantan Singingi Regency , 2) there was a significant effect on job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Mudik Kuantan Singingi Regency , 3) there was a significant influence commitment to the performance of teachers in the SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Mudik Kuantan Singingi Regency , 4) there is a significant influence of training, job satisfaction and commitment simultaneously to the performance of the teachers of the SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Mudik Kuantan Singingi Regency.
