Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Kantor Pt. Pelayaran Nasional Lestari Indomabahari Pusat Dumai
ABSTRACK
This research aimed to find out the effect of work discipline, leadership style, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at PT. Pelayaran Nasional Lestari IndomaBahari Pusat Dumai. The population in this research was 83 employees.
Collecting data in this research used a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of research and regression analysis using the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this research. The sampling technique of this research used the saturated sample technique (83 employees of PT. Pelayaran Nasional Lestari IndomaBahari Pusat Dumai).
The results showed that: 1) Work discipline, leadership style, and job satisfaction significantly affect the performance of employees at PT Pelayaran Nasional Lestari IndomaBahari Pusat Dumai, 2) Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of the employees at PT. Pelayaran Nasional Lestari IndomaBahari Pusat Dumai, 3) Leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of the employees at PT. Pelayaran Nasional Lestari IndomaBahari Pusat Dumai, 4) Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of the employees at PT. Pelayaran Nasional Lestari IndomaBahari Pusat Dumai.
