Pengaruh Disiplin, Motivasi Kerja Dan Pemberian Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Riau

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, work motivation and incentives for the performance of Riau Province Regional Revenue Agency employees. The population of this study includes all employees of the Riau Provincial Regional Board, totaling 143 people.
Primary data were collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the results of the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique using Slovin formula obtained a total sample of 105 employees of the Riau Province Regional Revenue Agency.
The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant influence between work discipline on the performance of Riau Province Regional Revenue Agency employees, 2) there was a positive and significant influence between work motivation on the performance of Riau Province Regional Revenue Agency employees, 3) there was a positive and significant influence between providing incentives to the performance of Riau Province Regional Revenue Agency employees, 4) there is a positive and significant effect between discipline, work motivation and providing incentives to the performance of Riau Province Regional Revenue Agency employees.
