Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Dan Kinerja Karyawan Pt Sari Lembah Subur Kabupaten Pelalawan
This study aims to examine the effect of leadership and work environment on work discipline and employee performance at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pelalawan Regency. The population in this study were employees of the general section of PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pelalawan Regency is 106 people. Primary data were collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use path analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique chosen was the census method (106 employees at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pelalawan Regency) The results showed that: 1) Leadership had a positive and significant effect on work discipline, 2) the work environment had a positive and significant effect on work discipline, 3) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 5) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 6) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work discipline. 7) The Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work discipline.
