Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Bagian Kantor Administrasi Sdm/Umum Pt Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Tapung
ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, motivation and work environment on employee satisfaction in the Administration / HR section of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Tapung, Rokan Hulu Regency. The population in this study amounted to 70 people.
Primary data was collected by interview and questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Sciences). The sampling technique is a method that has been selected census (70 employees at Administration / HR section of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Tapung).
The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction, 2) there was a positive and significant effect on motivation on employee job satisfaction, 3) there was a positive and significant effect on the work environment on employee job satisfaction, 4) there is a positive and significant effect of compensation, motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction.
