ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment, work discipline, and supervision of processing employee productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (PKS) Sei Rokan. The population in this study included 59 employees in the processing department.
Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique for this study uses the census method (59 processing employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (PKS) Sei Rokan).
The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee productivity, 2) there was a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee productivity, 3) there was a positive and significant effect of supervision on employee productivity, 4) there was an influence positively and significantly work environment, work discipline, and supervision of employee productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (PKS) Sei Rokan.
