Pengaruh Pelatihan, Motivasi Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Pagar Kampar

ABSTRACT

This study aims to support training, work motivation and the environment on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Pagar Kampar. The population in this study reports that the production company PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Pagar in 2018 defeated 228 people.
The data collection in this study used a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to prove the hypothesis in this study using regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique for this research uses the slovin formula method (70 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Pagar's production division in 2018).
The results showed that: 1) training, work motivation, and work environment significantly on employee performance, 2) training significantly on employee performance, 3) work motivation significantly on employee performance, 4) work environment significantly on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Pagar.
