ABSTRACT

This study aims to examine the effect of Regional Original Revenue and Balancing Funds on regency / city Capital Expenditures in Riau Province in 2014-2018 with the Area as a Moderation Variable. The object of this research is the Realization of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget Report of Riau Province in the 2014-2018 period. In this study there were 12 regencies and cities in Riau Province as a population. The sampling technique in this study is the saturation sampling method where the entire population is used as the object of research. The data used in this study are secondary data, namely the Realization Report of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget of Riau Province in the 2014-2018 period. Data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23 tools. The results showed that the Regional Original Revenue affected Capital Expenditures with a significance value of 0.002
