Pengawasan Inspektorat Terhadap Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Bengkalis Pada Tahun 2015

The research looked at surveillance conducted by the inspectorate Bengkalis against local work units in Bengkalis in the year 2015. In an effort to conduct surveillance, the inspector will check every job generated by work units that exist disatuan work (SKPD) districts Bengkalis. Testing can be through documents owned or perform or do a FAQ to employees in the work unit (SKPD) is. The purpose of this examination to obtain the maximum results from the achievement of defined performance standards. Based on some Factors Affecting From On Supervision Inspectorate Against SKPD Bengkalis district, namely: First time of inspection; Both Budget Examination; Third human resources (Auditor) and four facilities and infrastructure.
This research is conducted using qualitative methods descriptive approach for easier consideration when faced with the reality in the field problems, This study also used data collection techniques such as observation, interviews and documentation.The theory used in this article is the theory of management theory, organizational theory, control theory.
Results obtained from this study in terms of the inspectorate in examinations have insufficient time in one year examination. Inspectorate so could not do the examination to all work units (SKPD) that exist in the county Bengkalis, Supposedly each examination should be clear regulations the time up until the completion of the beaten path and all working units can be checked. budget Inspection Inspectorate on local work unit Bengkalis use travel budgets are taken from the budget, in accordance with the regent regulation number 64 in 2015 on the implementation of the instructions of official travel environment Bengkalis.
