Kepuasan Calon Jemaah Umrah Terhadap Pelayanan Vaksinasi Meningitis Di Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas III Dumai
Meningitis vaccination is required for Umrah pilgrims and other travelers who will enter Saudi Arabia. To get the vaccination service in the Riau region, to date there are only 3 (three) port health offices, one of which is the Port Health Office of Class III Dumai. The purpose of this study is to examine the satisfaction of prospective umrah pilgrims to meningitis vaccination services in Port Health Office of Class III Dumai, which is based on the gap between expectations and respondents' perceptions of the 5 (five) dimensions of service namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy dimensions. This research is a survey research with quantitative methods with a total sample of 100 prospective pilgrims who get meningitis vaccination services at the Port Health Office of Class III Dumai.
The results showed that the performance of meningitis vaccination services at the Port Health Office of Class III Dumai has not been able to provide satisfaction to prospective umrah pilgrims. The gap between expectations and perceptions of prospective pilgrims to the five dimensions of service is negative. The greatest gap value is in the responsiveness dimension followed by the reliability dimension, tangibles dimension, empathy dimension and assurance dimension. Therefore the Port Health Office of Class III Dumai needs to make efforts to improve the quality of meningitis vaccination services, so as to create services that can improve the satisfaction of prospective umrah pilgrims who will have an impact on increasing the image of the government apparatus in the community.
